Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of fonio
  • 80 ml of oat milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp of baobab powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • Toppings : blueberries, pumpkin seeds and almond flakes

Preparation:

  • Wash the fonio and place it in a saucepan with the milk, honey and salt
  • Let it simmer until the milk is absorbed. If the porridge is too thick add some more milk to dilute.
  • Serve in a bowl with all your favorite toppings
