Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of fonio
- 80 ml of oat milk
- 1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp of baobab powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp of salt
- Toppings : blueberries, pumpkin seeds and almond flakes
Preparation:
- Wash the fonio and place it in a saucepan with the milk, honey and salt
- Let it simmer until the milk is absorbed. If the porridge is too thick add some more milk to dilute.
- Serve in a bowl with all your favorite toppings
