Ingredients for 2:
- 140g of flour
- 1 tsp of moringa
- 2 eggs
- 20g of butter
- 360 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp of agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Preparation:
- In a bowl add the flour, the moringa and the salt. Mix everything together
- Add the eggs, the milk and the agave syrup. Ensure the crepes batter is watery as you want thin crepes
- Pour the batter on a heated and butter-greased pancake pan (or any non-sticky pan) and cook it until the side of the crepe is ready to be flipped over. Repeat until the batter is finished
